My table at the Artist and Antiques Festival!
News
This past week and weekend were one for the books! I had my first day at the Gallery and my first time selling at an Artists and Antiques Festival! So many new things are happening, and I am here for it!
During my shift at the Gallery, I had customers ask if I was the “artist that was on duty,” to which I gleefully replied, “YES!” They wanted to look at and know all about my paintings! It was such a pinch-me moment! I have been dreaming of this happening for so long, and finally it was here. I was standing in a gallery with my artwork hung on the walls, talking to people about my process. One of my favorite moments from the day was hearing people share why certain pieces spoke to them. Knowing they made a connection with something I brought to life — that's just the best feeling. And to top it off, my younger brother and his wife came down to see me and my work. It really was such an amazing day!
Just so you know…my next days at the desk are on July 28th and August 11! Please feel free to make the beautiful drive through small Maine towns, take a look at the gallery, see me :), and also check out the lighthouse! It is absolutely breathtaking!

This past weekend I was a part of the Artists and Antiques Festival put on by Heidi’s Hope Fund, a lovely group of people who raise money for locals in need. They help elderly couples with their heating bills, build docks for elderly fishermen whose docks were destroyed, raise money for women who were getting out of abusive relationships, and do many more wonderful things! It was fun to be a part of!
During the Artists and Antiques Festival, I not only sold my artwork, prints, and cards, but I also sold my first batch of bouquets—which I’ve been growing and arranging on my parents’ property! I sold quite a few things and made lots of great connections.

I have a fun little side adventure to go along with my artwork! These past few weeks, I’ve also been building a farm stand at the end of my parents’ property, where I’ll sell prints, cards, plants, flowers, and more. I am so excited to open it soon—it will run Thursday through Sunday (or until I run out) each week until the Fall!
Lincoln County News
One of the ladies I work with at the gallery sent me an email to let me know that my newest artwork made it into the Lincoln County News! I was one of the Spotlight Painters for the week. So many cool things are happening, and I am so grateful!
